The rules for using SkillMatch to hire or offer skilled work in Socorro.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SkillMatch. By creating an account you confirm you can enter this agreement.
Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Choose the correct role: employer, skilled worker, or admin.
Workers must describe skills, rates, and work photos honestly. Employers must describe jobs honestly. SkillMatch does not guarantee that a listing is available on any given day.
A hire on SkillMatch is an agreement between the employer and the worker. Agree the scope, schedule, and pay before work starts. Ending a contract in the app updates availability; it does not replace any local labor rules that apply.
Daily rates shown on profiles are set by workers. Payment between parties is arranged directly unless a separate payment tool is used.
Do not use the site for unlawful work, harassment, fake profiles, or anything that harms other users or the service.
Site design, copy, and marks belong to SkillMatch. Photos you upload remain yours; you grant us a license to display them on the platform.
Use of the site is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms, including inactive or abusive listings.
SkillMatch is a matching platform. We are not a party to the job itself and are not liable for work quality, injuries, or disputes between users beyond what Philippine law requires.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are resolved in the appropriate courts of Surigao del Norte.
