How SkillMatch handles the information you share when you hire or get hired.
SkillMatch Socorro is a local platform that connects skilled workers and employers in Socorro, Surigao del Norte. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you create an account we collect your name, contact details, address, role, and — for workers — skills, years of experience, daily rate, and work photos. We also store login session data and messages you send through Contact.
We use your information to show listings, enable hiring, send job notifications, and keep the service running. We do not sell personal data.
Directory cards show your name, photo, skills, years, and daily rate. Phone numbers and home addresses are reserved for profile pages so hiring can happen without publishing them on every grid.
We share data with service providers that host the site, process uploads, or send email. We may disclose information when required by Philippine law.
You can update your profile from the dashboard. To request deletion of an account, contact us through the Contact page.
We use standard safeguards for accounts and uploads. No online service is perfectly secure. Use a unique password and keep it private.
SkillMatch is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
